Class starting soon – Advanced Robotics – Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Advanced Robotics – Innovation and Entrepreneurship

We are going to be starting a new robotics class with a focus on deep learning and innovation with robotics. We are putting together a class for these kids to meet Thursdays from 7:30pm-8:30pm.

Who is it suitable for

This course is suitable for High School Students and advanced Middle School students who thrive on challenge, are excited to learn about under the hood and are dreaming of being entrepreneurs. The class will run at an accelerated pace to give the kids a taste of what it takes to take a product from an idea to a prototype that can be pitched to investors.

  • Arduino based electronics with C programming language
  • Raspberry Pi based programming and Electronics (Python, chaining a Raspberry Pi to Arduino and introduction to Unix)
  • Electronic and Mechanical prototyping and project based learning. Apart from the regular course curriculum, the kids will be expected to pick projects and deliver them in a functional way
  • Pitch the projects and their prototypes like Shark Tank to the rest of the class and parents every two months.
This class is not competition focused and will ONLY be engaged in learning about things that go into innovation, entrepreneurship and how to take an idea to a product.
